We are  a yoga-centered (Sanga) community of evolutionaries.   We are grounded in shared experiences and interconnectedness and we believe every moment is an opportunity for growth and connection.

There is a yoga for every body. We offer Baptiste-style power yoga, yoga for beginners and restorative flow yoga.  All of our classes are all-levels and everyone is welcome.
